A: Our soaps are handcrafted with high-quality ingredients, including goat's milk, olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, avocado oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter. We scent our products with natural and manufactured scents.
Q: Are your soaps natural?
A: Yes! We prioritize using natural, skin-loving ingredients to ensure our products are gentle and nourishing for all skin types.
Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Absolutely. Our soaps are made to work for all skin types. That said, it is always a good idea to test on a small part before fully indulging.
Q: Do you offer vegan products?
A: Yes! All of our products are 100% cruelty free and most are vegan friendly. Some soaps are made with goat's milk and/or honey. Double check the ingredients of each product for details.
Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes, all of our products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we’re working to add soon!

A: Shipping costs vary based on location, order size, and delivery time frame.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We try to process all order within 24 hours of receiving confirmation. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take 5–7 days.
Caring for Your Soap
Q: How should I store my soap?
A: To extend the life of your soap, keep it in a dry area on a well-draining soap dish between uses. Avoid letting it sit in water.
Q: How long does a bar of soap last?
A: With proper care, each bar should last 3–4 weeks, depending on usage.
Custom Orders & Special Requests
Q: Do you offer custom soap orders?
A: This is something we are working on! Stay tuned!
Q: Do you sell gift sets?
A: Not yet. We do currently offer Pantheon Bundles which allows you to save on a collection of 3 Bar Soaps.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll make it right!
